Miti is so knowledgable, he shares his critical perspective and gives a real insight into Ugandan culture. He also knows all the routes across downtown Kampala, so if you want to see the bustling markets and experience Kampala’s vibrancy, then this tour is 100% recommended.

This walking tour is a once in a lifetime experience and 100% recommendable. Miti not only knows Kampala and its history inside out, but also shares socio-cultural, economic and political views and his personal story. A tour with him feels more like a conversation among friends than a service. And yet, at the end of the tour, you realize how much new knowledge Miti has shared with you that will stay with you for the rest of your trip in Uganda.

We took a three hour walking tour through Kampala with Miti. It was absolutely wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and an animated story teller. A fun and trustworthy guy. He took me and my son to the highlights of uptown Kampala, and also through the small busy paths of the markets downtown. He instructed us well and we felt safe at all times. We saw parts of Kampala we could otherwise never have visited, and certainly not this informed. I absolutely recommend!

I had such a great time walking around Kampala town and getting to know the history of Uganda at large. I'd definitely recommend this tour if you'd love to get the vibe of the town as Miti (the guide) let's you in on the history & even on where the country is as at now. The guide is so knowledgeable, enthusiastic and definitely very good at what he does👌🏾. Another thing, he takes really nice pictures so your photos on this tour are sorted 😉
