Meeting points vary by tour. Your guide will inform you of the specific location to start the tour.

Yes, our tours are family-friendly and suitable for children aged 5 and above.

6. What should I wear and bring?

We recommend:

  • Comfortable walking shoes.

  • Light, breathable clothing.

  • A hat and sunscreen for sun protection.

7. What happens in case of bad weather?

In case of bad weather, we will reschedule the tour. Please note that no refunds are provided for weather-related cancellations.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Yes, hotel pickups can be arranged for private and customized tours for an additional fee.

12. Is photography allowed during the tour?

Absolutely! Feel free to take photos during the tour. Your guide will inform you if there are any areas where photography is restricted.

Yes, all our tours are conducted in English.

14. Are the tours wheelchair accessible?

Our tours involve walking through various terrains, and some areas may not be wheelchair accessible. Please contact us in advance to discuss any mobility concerns.

15. Do you provide meals during the tours?

Some tours, like the Food Tour, include tastings of local delicacies. For other tours, meals are not provided, but your guide can recommend local eateries.
