What Our Clients Are Saying

As an avid traveller, I can say that hand on heart, this has been one of my favourite walking tours ever! Miti is so knowledgable, he shares his critical perspective and gives a real insight into Ugandan culture. He also knows all the routes across downtown Kampala, so if you want to see the bustling markets and experience Kampala’s vibrancy, then this tour is 100% recommended.

This walking tour is a once in a lifetime experience and 100% recommendable. Miti not only knows Kampala and its history inside out, but also shares socio-cultural, economic and political views and his personal story. A tour with him feels more like a conversation among friends than a service. And yet, at the end of the tour, you realize how much new knowledge Miti has shared with you that will stay with you for the rest of your trip in Uganda.

I had such a great time walking around Kampala town and getting to know the history of Uganda at large. I'd definitely recommend this tour if you'd love to get the vibe of the town as Miti (the guide) let's you in on the history & even on where the country is as at now. The guide is so knowledgeable, enthusiastic and definitely very good at what he does👌🏾. Another thing, he takes really nice pictures so your photos on this tour are sorted 😉.

Our son knows Miti, so he booked us on this walking tour of Kampala when we visited - and we're so glad he did! Miti was fantastic company: friendly, entertaining and highly informative. We got to see parts of Kampala we might never have ventured to on our own, and to hear a true insider's opinions and insights. We couldn't stop talking afterwards about everything that we had seen, heard, learned (and smelled!), and would highly recommend this tour to other travellers.

Miti was such an interesting and informative guide. His tour of Kampala was an experience I will never forget. The city has so much to see and the history is fascinating. The market is bustling and such a spectacular scene when viewed from high up.

Excellent walking tour of Kampala! Miti did a great job of covering the important sites and of telling important stories about Kampala, about Uganda, and about the different sites covered in a very engaging way. Most of the stories are ones that I would have never known about without taking the tour! He also does a great job of exploring the side of the city that locals experience, such as the bustling markets, as opposed to just monuments and tourist sites (which he also includes too). He is an outstanding guide. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kampala.
